Precision by default
Every project is coordinated in BIM to LOD 350 before issue. Clashes are resolved on screen, where they cost minutes, not on site, where they cost months.
Designed for the Gulf
Fifty-degree summers, saline soils and coastal wind are our daily brief. Our façades, foundations and systems are engineered for this climate, not adapted to it.
Accountable to the end
The engineer who designs your structure is the one who inspects it. Weekly site reports, transparent cost tracking and a single point of contact from brief to handover.

Rawsam gave us a landmark and a building that works. The twist is what people notice; the column-free floors and the energy bills are what our tenants talk about.
They understood clinical workflow as well as our own staff did, and still gave us a building that feels nothing like a hospital. We passed licensing on the first visit.
Thirteen months from ground-breaking to handover on a 42,000 m² facility. The weekly reports meant we were never surprised — not once.
We asked for privacy and light and thought we would have to choose. The courtyard gave us both, and our children now spend their evenings outside.
A single overnight closure for a 62-metre span is a serious commitment. Rawsam planned the lift to the minute and the road reopened early.
An honest team. They told us where money would make a difference and where it would not — and the building leased faster than any we have developed.
