Sustainability in the Gulf begins with the sun. Our environmental studio models solar exposure, daylight, thermal comfort and energy use from concept stage, and feeds the results straight into façade, massing and systems decisions. We guide projects through LEED, Estidama and local green-building requirements, but our goal is measurable performance: lower cooling loads, less glare, less water and lower lifetime cost.
