01Who we are

This website is operated by Rawsam Engineering & Consulting Bureau, Kuwait City. We are the controller of the personal data you share through it. You can reach us at the email address shown on our contact page.

02What we collect

When you submit the project inquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number, project details, budget range, your message and any file you choose to attach. When you apply for a position we collect your contact details, your CV and any cover letter or portfolio link. Our server also records your IP address and browser type with each submission to protect the forms against abuse.

03How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry or application, to prepare proposals you have asked for, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

04Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for the site to work: a session cookie and a security token that protects our forms. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your language choice is simply part of the page address.

05Retention

Inquiries are kept for up to three years so we can refer back to earlier conversations. Job applications are kept for twelve months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

06Your rights

You may ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email us and we will respond within thirty days.

07Security

Submissions travel over an encrypted connection. Uploaded files are stored outside the public web directory and are accessible only to authorised staff.
