Project Management & Supervision

Independent supervision and project control that keep quality, cost and programme where they were promised.

01 Overview

Independent supervision and project control that keep quality, cost and programme where they were promised.

A well-drawn project can still be poorly built. Our supervision engineers — many of whom designed the building — inspect reinforcement before every pour, approve materials against specification, and track progress, cost and risk week by week. As project managers we run tendering, contractor selection, change control and handover, giving you one accountable voice from ground-breaking to completion certificate.

05 FAQ

Questions clients ask.

Can you supervise a project designed by another consultant?

Yes. We begin with a design review so we understand the intent and flag any risks before construction starts.

How often will I get updates?

A written report every week and a progress meeting every two weeks as a minimum, plus immediate notice of anything that affects cost or safety.
