Our solution
A portal-frame steel structure spans 36 metres with a 14-metre eaves height. We designed the frames for off-site fabrication and bolted assembly, and sequenced foundations, steel and cladding so that three trades could work on site at once.

The result
Handed over in thirteen months. Roof-mounted solar now supplies around 40% of the facility’s daytime demand.
