Our solution
The upper bar of bedrooms cantilevers nine metres over a fully glazed living level, shading it completely. Sliding storm shutters close the house in minutes, and all exposed metals are marine-grade stainless or aluminium.

The result
Structure complete; façade and interiors under way, with handover planned for early 2027.
